Property Rental is a leading housing provider in the Salisbury, Fruitland and
Hebron area. Our goal at Advanced Property Rental is to provide clean, safe and affordable housing. We specialize in homes for college students, families and senior citizens. We also have commercial properties that include office space and warehouses.
Owner Donnie Williams started Advanced Property Rental and Alarmguard as his
senior class project at Salisbury University. The leasing agent
is available to help you with your housing needs. Debbie Hall is the Property Manager,
Angie Howell is the Assistant Property Manager and Jim Cerebe oversees the maintenance for the properties.
Marty Schlegel is in charge of the new construction division and the in-house architect is Bunky Carew.
Advanced Property Rental has over 300 rental units and last year we achieved a 99.49 percent occupancy rate. Our belief is that if you have good associates who are happy, then the client is going to be
satisfied.
Advanced Property Rental also offers off campus housing for college students who attend Salisbury University, University of Maryland and Wor-Wic Community College. In addition to individual houses located in neighborhoods
surrounding Salisbury University, Advanced Property Rental has subdivisions known as Cedar Crossing
and Varsity Lane.
Cedar Crossing is located approximately a half a mile from the Salisbury
University Campus. Varsity Lane is 3/4 of a mile from the campus. The
subdivisions are close to major shopping centers and are within walking distance to the university campus. Each house has amenities such as dishwasher, full size washer and dryer,
central air, two bathrooms, a sink and vanity in each bedroom and bike racks.
A new feature at Advanced Property Rental is the rent to own division. This option offers our clients the chance to use a percentage of their rent as a down payment for buying a home.
