Advanced Property Rental is a leading housing provider in the Salisbury and Fruitland area. Our goal at Advanced Property Rental is to provide clean, safe, and affordable housing. Owner Donnie Williams started Advanced Property Rental and Alarm Guard as his senior class project at Salisbury University. Our Leasing Manager, Stacey Bertrand, is available to help you with your housing needs. Debbie Hall, the Property Manager, oversees the properties. Marty Schlegel and Kirk Kinnamon are in charge of the new construction division. The in-house architect is Bunky Carew. Advanced Property Rental has over 300 rental units and last year we achieved a 99.49 percent occupancy rate. Our belief is that if you have good associates who are happy, then the client will be satisfied.

Advanced Property Rental also offers off-campus housing for college students who attend Salisbury University, the University of Maryland, and Wor-Wic Community College. In addition to individual houses located in neighborhoods surrounding Salisbury University, Advanced Property Rental has a subdivision known as Williams Landing. Williams Landing is located approximately ¾ mile from the SU campus and is close to major shopping centers. Each luxury townhouse has amenities such as dishwasher, full size washer & dryer, central air conditioning, and a private bathroom for each bedroom.

A new feature at Advanced Property Rental is the rent-to-own division. This option offers our clients the opportunity to use a percentage of their rent as a down payment for buying the home.
